Single Girder Semi Gantry Crane is a rail-operated lifting equipment, It is composed of beam, support legs, crane travelling mechanism, trolley, electric equipment and so on,With the electric hoist as hoisting mechanism. The whole machine has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, low cost and strong performance.

Construction features

1. Metal part

This electric hoist gantry crane is mainly composed of the main beam, supporting leg and lower beam.

The main beam and lower beam are box structure welded by four steel plates, and the supporting leg is box structure welded by four steel plates.

The electric hoist walks directly under the i-steel lower flange plate of the main beam.

For convenient storage and transportation, the main beam, supporting leg and lower beam is connected with M20 bolts to become one.

2. Electric hoist

Wire rope lifting, single speed, with traveling trolley and reducer, drum and motor, include overload limiter switch

Protection class F class

Drop Forged Hook, Plain ‘C’ type, Swiveling on Thrust Bearing, equipped with belt buckle and wire ropes sheath

Nanjing special brand motor, soft start for smooth running, long design service life, the best motor in China

Self-produced. Drums made of high-quality seamless steel processed by the CNC machine.

Rope guide made of engineering plastic, lightweight, excellent wear resistance, reducing tear and wear of wire rope

3. Operating mechanism

This product is in the form of separate drive, drive braking by cone rotor motor to complete;

Transmission is the use of "one open and one close" gear transmission.

The power for trolley moving adopts flat cable, sliding smoothly;
