MH type single girder gantry crane is used together with CD1/MD1 Model Electric hoists. It is a track traveling small and medium-sized crane.

Its proper lifting weight is 3.2 to 32 tons, proper span is 12 to 30 meters. Its proper working temperature is -20°c to 40°c.

This product is a regular crane widely used at open ground and warehouses to load and unload or grab materials.

It has 2 controlling methods, namely ground, controlling and room controlling.

Construction features

1. Metal part

This electric hoist gantry crane is mainly composed of the main beam, supporting leg and lower beam.

The main beam and lower beam are box structure welded by four steel plates, and the supporting leg is box structure welded by four steel plates.

The electric hoist walks directly under the i-steel lower flange plate of the main beam.

For convenient storage and transportation, the main beam, supporting leg and lower beam is connected with M20 bolts to become one.

2. Electric hoist

Wire rope lifting, single speed, with traveling trolley and reducer, drum and motor, include overload limiter switch

Protection class F class

Drop Forged Hook, Plain ‘C’ type, Swiveling on Thrust Bearing, equipped with belt buckle and wire ropes sheath

3. Operating mechanism

This product is in the form of separate drive, drive braking by cone rotor motor to complete;

Transmission is the use of "one open and one close" gear transmission.
