The electric single-beam gantry crane model is MH type, supporting
CD type single-speed electric hoist, MD type double-speed electric
hoist, HC square electric hoist, etc., is a small and medium-sized
gantry crane running on rails, its applicable lifting weight is
1T-20 tons, applicable span is 12m-30 meters, the working
environment is -20℃-+40℃.There are three types of ground control,
cab control and remote control.
Single beam gantry crane is mainly used for loading, unloading, or
grabbing materials in open places and warehouses. It is forbidden
to be used in inflammable and explosive environments. If it is
needed in special environments, it can be customized with
non-standard design.

Technical requirements of single girder gantry crane:
1. There should be enough space inside the body of a good girder
lifting machine to facilitate the assembly and installation of
prefabricated beams and working objects.
2. For the convenience of transportation, the company's girder

the stiffness, strength and stability of the main steel structure
of the equipment.
3. The girder lifting machine requires that its two major
components, namely the lifting structure and the speed of the
running structure, be controlled at a relatively low gear. In this

and the impact on the body and parts of the girder lifting machine
can be buffered.

Operational Considerations of single girder gantry crane:
1. Trained qualified operators shall operate according to the
training contents and operation steps.
2. All the staff operating the girder lifting machine must be
trained and qualified, otherwise they cannot be on duty to operate
the machine.

Packing and shipping

3. If the size are suitable for container ship, usually by
container.
4. Big size, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation.
