Product presentation of Single girder gantry crane
MH series single girder gantry crane with hoist is designed for
material handling, lifting capacity is about 1 to 20 tons, working
class is A3 or A4. MH model single girder gantry crane is usually
equipped with CD, MD wire rope electric hoist, it's a mid-light
type gantry crane with rail operation.
The MH single girder gantry crane with hoist is mainly composed of
gantry frame, that is, main single beam, supporting leg, bottom end
beam, lifting mechanism, travelling mechanism and electrical
control. Two cantilevers, one cantilever or no cantilever can be
designed according to the customer's requirements and application
environment.

Single girder gantry crane can be divided into box type and truss
type.
Box type
The box type single girder gantry crane is usually equipped with
standard CD MD electric hoist as the lifting mechanism, and the
electric hoist traversing along the lower flange of the I- steel of
the main girder, which is made of high quality steel plates, such
as, C-steel and I-steel.

Truss type
The truss single girder gantry crane are different from the box
type crane . The truss single girder gantry is made of steel bars,
and the latter is made of steel plates. The truss gantry crane have
many good advantages,it is much lighter than that of the box type
gantry crane and it has high wind resistance.

Application of MH type single girder gantry crane
MH type single girder gantry crane are regular crane designed for
general material handling, often used in open ground, warehouse,
ports, granite industry, cement pipeline industry, open pit yard,
container yard, shipyard, etc. However, it is forbidden to deal
with molten metals that are flammable. Or explosive objects.
