Electric single-beam gantry crane (hereinafter referred to as the
crane) is used in conjunction with CD1·MD1 and other forms of
electric hoist, becomes a light and small crane running on a rail,
its applicable lifting weight is 1 -- 16 tons, applicable span is
7.5 -- 25.5 meters, working environment temperature in the range of
-30 -- +40℃.
For the convenience of users, there are two modes of operation:
ground control and cab control. The cab control is divided into two
modes: end door opening and side door opening for users to choose.

Structural features of Single girder gantry crane
This product is a general purpose crane, mainly used in machinery
manufacturing, assembly, warehouse and other places. Its structural
features are as follows:
1. Metal structure part
For the convenience of storage and transportation, the main beams
are connected together with M20 bolts (no.45 steel).
2. Electric hoist
Electric hoist can lift heavy objects and move longitudinally along
the main beam. See related electric hoist instructions for its
structural characteristics.
3. Operation mechanism
This product is respectively driven form, drive, braking by conical
brake motor to complete, transmission is the use of "open and
close" type gear transmission, its closed gear part is borrowing 5
tons of conical hoist car reducer.
4. Electrical equipment
This product is used to run a single speed motor conical squirrel
cage motor (for 30 m/min running speed and 45 m/min) and cone
winding motor (for speed 75 m/min) are two kinds of forms,
different forms of manipulation, there are two kinds of electric
hoist, electric control mode and the whole crane are equipped with
safety devices, such as the ceiling position switch, limit switch,
etc.
