Installation of fixed column rotary boom crane
1. Column installation
Put the column on the flat foundation, align the prefabricated
screws with the holes on the crane site, screw the nuts on, and
then adjust the vertical column, tighten the nuts and lock nuts
after adjustment.
2. Beam installation
Before installation, the electric hoist is installed on the beam
and fixed, and then the roller cover at the end of the beam support
rod is installed, and then the crane is carried out.
(1)0.5~2T beam installation
Explosion-proof slewing crane installation to make the column type
rotary spindle on the pillar at the top of the bearing hole, roller
by a slow down in the pillar of the annular orbit, and then from
the installation hole fixed nut screw on the post, and the top wire
top tight, aim at key on the power supply collector ring, screw the
nut after adjustment of carbon brush holder position, until it is
right.
